We currently accept payments for orders via the following methods: Cheque, click here to complete the order form . If you would prefer to pay by standard bank transfer (electronic), please contact us for our bank payment, or simply email us direct or telephone with your details. Cheque and electronic transfer take a few days to clear. We also accept postal orders. |

Orders

Confirmation of your order and expected delivery date will be made via email using the email address which you supply during the ordering process, or verbal if you telephone us. All orders to be paid in full and funds cleared, prior to despatch. Delivery ....................................................... We will endeavour to despatch items upon receipt of full payment, by Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees next day delivery before 1 pm (signed for). Items will only be delivered to the address specified in the ordering process. Damaged Goods ....................................................... Notification of damaged goods must be made within 7 (seven) days of receipt. Damaged goods must be returned via suitably insured first class special delivery. Where refunds owing to damaged goods are due these will be made within 30 days of receipt of original order payment and upon receipt of the returned items. Refunds will only be made for goods which were damaged prior to or during delivery to the customer. Cancellations ....................................................... A 'cooling off' cancellation period of 7 (seven) days applies to all orders, during which an order may be returned following notification by the customer. Cancelled orders must be received by us within 7 (seven) days of the end of the 7 (seven) day cancellation period. All costs incurred returning orders under this cancellation clause must be met by the customer. Goods returned under this cancellation clause must be sent by fully insured first class special delivery. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the original order payment and upon receipt of undamaged items.
